    Reciting - will of 24 Jul 1880 of William Marshall the elder, coachbuilder, appointing his wife Ann Marshall and son Samuel Marshall executrix and executor and, after certain bequests, bequeathed and devised the remainder of his personal and real estate to Ann and Samuel Marshall in trust to allow Ann Marshall to receive income from them until her death then to allow Samuel Marshall to sell real estate and stand possessed of all resulting proceeds upon trusts therein mentioned; - death of William Marshall the elder on 15 Jan 1903 and proof of the will in PPR on 4 Feb 1903; - death of Ann Marshall on 28 Nov 1904; - death of Samuel Marshall on 29 Sep 1912 leaving part of his estate of William Marshall the elder unadministered; - letters of administration granted to William Marshall the younger regarding the unadministered part of William Marshall the elder’s estate, comprising the land subject to conveyance, on 28 Jan 1920 Witnessing Sale to Victor Walter Field and William Herbert Webb for £230 of piece of land in Matthew Street, Dunstable with a frontage of 26’2” and a return frontage to Albion Street of 38’5” with a dwelling house in occupation of Mrs.Hampson as shown on an included plan [see opposite] Witness J.M[?].Coombs, clerk to Benning & Son of Dunstable, solicitors Note: the property delineated on the included map is marked “the late Wheelwrights Arms P.H.”
