John Mott, Bedford, gent, by his will of 26 March 1787 devised all property in Bedford to William Okely snr, Bedford, linen draper and Simons Trapp, laceman, on trust for sale to buy stock which was to be transferred to daughter Joanna Elizabeth Mott at 21
He died in December 1787. Will proved PCC

By deed of 13 June 1796
(A) J L Wollin and wife Joanna Elizabeth
(B) Thomas Plummer, Fen Court, Fenchurch Street, London, merchant
And by fine of Trinity Term etc, all property was settled to various uses
Joanna Elizabeth Wollin died on 1 November 1816, without children. Will made 17 June 1796. Property devised to husband. Will proved (PDD) on 22 January 1816.

(i) releases to (ii)
- messuage in St Peters, Bedford, once in occ. of John Langford, afterwards Richard Chapman, then John Kenworthy and now John Braybrook, once the estate of John Walmough and late of John Mott
- newly erected messuage, once in occ. of Thomas Stone, late of James Ferguson and now of (ii) adj. above on south
Said newly erected messuage was built by Joanna Elizabeth Mott on ground formerly belonging to messuage in occ. of John Kenworthy
