    (i) William Hale, senr William Hale, jnr, his eldest son (ii) Caroline Osborne, Royston Priory, Herts, spinster By deed of appointment and settlement of 10 March 1841 (A) William Hale senr (B) William Hale jnr (C) Thomas Brand and William Sullivan (D) Cholmley Dering and Fred Sullivan Property settled to uses to secure yearly rent charge of £500 to (B) during jt lives of himself and (A), and term of 500 years limited to (C) and (D) to secure same rent charge Now in consid. of £2500 lent by (ii) to (i) (i) appoints that - Holwell Bury farmhouse - 268 acres, 3 roods and 35p land in Shillington, in occ. of Charles Hill are to be freed from charges affecting them, as set out in 2nd schedule of deed of 1841 Also (i) demises to (ii) - said messuage, lands, etc for 99 years William Hale jnr declares that yearly rent charge of £500 shall be postponed to some of £2500 Interest - 4% p.a.
