(i) Richard Hawkins of Dunstable, shopkeeper, surviving trustee of Sarah Buckingham Thomas Cooke, son and only child of Sarah and Robert Cooke of Sewell, yeoman (ii) Sarah Cooke, niece of Sarah Buckingham - 2 cottages in Church Street or End, Dunstable, lately occ. by Robert Gardener, Edward Baldery, John Latchford and John Smith - 5 1/2ac. in the fields of Houghton Regis all bequeathed to Sarah Buckingham by her father Bartolomew Timberlake and then occ. by George Bigg - 9ac. arable in the fields of Houghton Regis purchased by Sarah's husband Samuel Buckingham of William Stessy and also occ. by George Bigg Recites: will of Sarah Buckingham of Sewell, widow, 18 Jan 1741/2, by which she bequeathed the above property to trustees Thomas Bruges of Dunstable, tallow chandler, now decd. and the above Richard Hawkins, for her niece Sarah Cooke, and then to any child of Sarah's other than Thomas, as Sarah Cooke should direct Witness: William Hampson and Joseph Pilgrim
