John Jordan, grocer and china dealer, Henry Goude, shoemaker and Sarah Faunch, widow. - messuage or dwelling house in High Street, Dunstable and nearly opposite the free school, with the garden in front enclosed by iron palisadings - together with a detached larder, court yard, coal house, wash house, stables, dovehouses etc and kitchen garden etc in occ. of Charles Cyril Hicks, the lessee - close meadow adj.
