Reciting will of said George Elliott, dec. dated 16 Jan 1832 by which he gave to use of (viii) and (vii)
- all his real and personal estates (as trustees) personal and leasehold estates to be converted into money and invested in Government stocks

- income of said real estate and personal estates and household goods
After her decease all estates etc to be sold and proceeds used to pay £9000 to each of his children - (viii), (iii), Mary Duke and Elizabeth Guy and another £900 to be invested for benefit of daughter (vi). Remainder of money to be divided between said 5 children and their brother (ii). Charlotte's share to be invested as before.
Power given to appoint new trustees
Said George Elliott died on 21 March 1832. Will proved (PPC) on 22 November 1832

- his legacy of £900 under will of father
- 1/6th part of residue, on death of mother
Subject to redemption on payment of £450 and 5% p.a. interest

Consid. £651.4s owing to (2) and £77 paid to (1) by (2)
(1) released to (2)
- all his interest in said legacy (subject to life interest of Sarah, widow of George Elliott, dec.)
Also said George Elliott has declined to act in the trusts of said will so (vii) appoint (iii) to be trustee in place of (viii)
Now (vii) release to (iii)
- property now vested in them as trustees of the will of George Elliott
Also (viii) and (vii) transfer to (x)
- leasehold property and personal estate now vested in them as trustees
To be held by (x) for remainder of various terms of years, upon trust, and so that (x) by deed poll of 4 November 1841, shall at cost of said trust estates assign said premises to (vii) and (iii) upon the trusts of the will of said George Elliott
Now (i) to (ix) acquit and discharge (viii) from any claims under said will
