Presentment by Homage that William Bunyan a customary tenant of the manor who held
...messuage or tenement with apprts. quit rent 8d sometime since departed this life, and that by his will he devised the property in these words:
"I bequith to my lawful wife Ann Bunyan my dwelling house and the Offices beloning to it during her life after her decease my son William Bunyan is to enjoy the same upon condition that he will pay my daughter Ann Hutison five pounds"
Home present also that Ann Bunyan the wife is dead also.
Admission of William Bunyan the devisee and also eldest son and heir at law of William Bunyan decd. to premises
