(a) Two messuages in Hawes Street in the parish of St Paul, Bedford; containing 36' 9" in depth from north to south and 21' 3" in width from east to west; bounded on the east and south by Hawes Street, on the west by premises of Joseph Birtchnell and on the north by premises of John Baxter; and in the occupation of Thomas Hammond and Charles Eaton
Declaration by (v) that if he shall die leaving a widow she shall not be entitled to dower out of the premises.
