    (i) Certificate of Justices that a certain highway or footpath in the Parish of Limbury in the County of Bedford is duly complete (ii) County of Bedford, Petty Seasonal Division of Luton, to wit. We the undersignedtwo of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace of & for the County of Bedford acting in & for the Petty Seasional Division of Luton fo hereby certify that we have this day viewed & surveyed a certain highway within the said division namely a new public footway in the parish of Limbury commencing at the point marked D on the plan hereinafter mentioned beingabout 30 yards from Milton Road & proceeding thence to a point marked B on the aid plan & the position of wich said intended new public highway is coloured pink on the said plan which said new highway was at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden in & for the said County at Bedford on 6th April 1921 ordered to be set out & appropriated for use asa public footpath in lieu of a certain other highway then ordered to be turned, diverted & stopped up & which said new highway is delineated upon the plan referred to in our certificate dated 21st February 1921 & lodged with the Clerk of the Peace for the said county & ordered on the said 6th April 1921 to be enrolled by him amongst the records of the court of Quarter Sessions .And we do hereby further certify that the said new highway being a public footpath has been so set out & appropriated as ordered & is now complete & put into good condition & repair.
