Court Baron of Gertrude, Duchess of Bedford, Caroline, Duchess of Marlborough and Robert Palmer Esquire, in trust of John, Duke of Bedford.
William Arpin held as follows:
-A close, 3 acres, previously copyhold of Abraham Rush in 1764, rent 2s 6d
-16 acres of common fields and meadows in: Stillipers Field (bordered by Green Ditch, Felly Piece, Holcott Gap, Gallows Hedge); Pery Field (bordered by Willes Alley, Short Hedge, Fill barn acre, Wring Warley, Clover Bed, Wheatland); Lean Field (bordered by Cow Mead Way, Lean Corner, Upper & Lower Langbourne, Redland); Southside Field (borders Coopers meadow and Green Ditch), some of which are now occupied by Norman Hughes.
-a house and building late occupied by Norman Hughes, now Thomas Herbert and John Day
-a cottage occupied by Matthew Brightman, to which Arpin was admitted 1771, rent 4s 10d
-14 acres in Portnal Field, including the cartway from Upper Longcroft to Hunger Hill Close (bordered by The Thrift, Lodge Piece, Portnal pightle, Towsey HIll) to which Arpin was admitted in 1772.

-a cottage in Town End
-a cottage late John Odell's (since deceased, heriot 2 guineas)
Rents of the foregoing 2s 6d, 9s, 4s 10d, 6d, 10d, 3d, fine £8 17s
All the above were surrendered by William Arpin before he died to the use of his will.
