(ii) have agreed to sell hereinafter property to (iii) for £92, but such agreement is subject to approval of Board of Education
By order of the Board dated 19 February 1909 (ii) were authorised to sell the property within one year from date thereof
Now in consideration of £92 paid to (ii) by (iii)
- plot of land on east side of newly laid out road called Talbot Road
W Talbot Road - frontage of 32 ft
N other land of (ii) to be sold - 130 ft
E other land of (ii) - 32 ft
S other land of (ii) to be sold - 130 ft
(as in map on plan)
- right of way and passage for (iii) etc along Talbot Road
- right to use drains and sewers laid under Talbot Road
(iii) will observe conditions as in 1st schedule
(ii) acknowledge right of (iii) to production of documents of title as mentioned in second schedule
1st Schedule:
1. (iii) will make and maintain proper boundary fences, on sides marked on plan
2. No public house or beerhouse shall be built on said plot, no shall plot be used for obnoxious purposes, or for slaughter house, place for deposit of rubiish, erection of advertising hoarding. No hut, caravan to be erected nor any booths, shows, swings or roundabouts
3. (iii) shall not be entitled to any right of light or air which would interfere with the use of any neighbouring lit
4. No brick or tiles be made on the plots
5. No sand, gravel, earth or clay shall be excavated or dug out of said plot except for laying foundations of buildings to be erected on it
6. (ii) reserve right to sell any of adjoining property free from restriction etc herein contained as they shall think fit
7. (iii) will maintain at his own expense half of Talbot Road so far as the land abuts on the road and also the footpath, until it is taken over by the Local Authority
