- messuage called "Shells" with appts. late occ. by John Wright, rent 20d p.a.
- 20 ac. with appts. called "Adcocks", once "Lewis's", late occ. by John Wright, now John Wright Jnr, Rent 7/4d p.a
To use of William Tew and Thomas Port in trust for Thomas Tew and wife Ann
Now: Thomas Tew, son and wife Ann, admitted to premises in person of Thomas Maritum
