- 2 1/2 a. in Henlow at rent of 5d p.a
- cottage with appts. and close adj. occ. by John Haggis; 4 1/2 ac. land and meadow lying dispersedly in fields of Henlow more particularly described in court roll of 1 Feb 1691: formerly occ. by Samuel Bedford, esq. and John Haggis at rent of 2/10d p.a
- all that land in Henlow once occ. by John Ravens
-12a. in Henlow once occ. by William Haggis at rent of 4 1/2d. p.a
- messuage and orchard and adj. close of pasture cont. 5a. in Henlow once occ. ny William Handscombe jnr. gent. at rent of 6d p.a

Now: land confirmed to Thomas Tew and surrendered by him for uses of his will
Also licence was granted to Thomas Tew to let land for 21 years term
