    To be buried in the parish church of Leighton Buzzard "as near the family of Harts as the sexton can find out, being the south side of the church yard there within eight or ten yards leading into the parsonage close." Body to be conveyed to Leighton "in a chaise or carriage erected for the purpose of removing dead bodies"; 6 neighbours to be invited to attend funeral, gloves, hatbands and horses provided for them. A black cloth to be put upon the coffin from the carriage to the grave. Real estate in Ampthill and personal estate to Robert Mansfield of Ampthill, baker, in trust to be sold, money arising to pay debts and legacies to servant Mary Bagley to Mansfield himself; remainder equally to nieces Anne Linney wife of John Linney and Elizabeth Mortimer, daughters of William Mortimer of Wing, Bucks, baker Exor.
