    (i) Thomas Gostelow of Dunstable, farmer and wife Martha (ii) John Vickers of Dunstable, horsebreaker (iii) John Blindell of Houghton Regis, wheelwright - a piece of ground in Dunstable, 44x23' whereon a barn lately stoof, since burnt down (heretofore described as in a yard belonging to 3 cottages in Church Street) - a plot of land on the south side of Church Street whereon a messuage formerly stood, late occ. of James Gostelow (plan on dorse) Recites: James Gostelow Snr of Dunstable, farmer, by will of 1820 left property to son James charged with payments to grandchildren, Thomas Pearson Gostelow and Elizabeth Gostelow, now wife of Edward Lockhart; he died in 1825; James Junr died 1829 and dev. to brother in law Thomas Gostelow, who had the property put up for auction.
