- Scope and ContentI hereby certify the following to be a true extract from the Minutes of a meeting of the Parish Council of Limbury held 10th January 1921. Resolved that this council agree to the stopping up & diversion of a public hihway or footpath coloured Green on the plan signed by the Chairman & Clerk & marked No 1 thereon :- A pathway leading from the point "A" on the plan to the point "B" , & that this council further agree to the making in lieu of the footpath a preposed new footpath shown on the plan coloured pink. A pathway leading from the point marked "D" on the plan to a point marked "B" on the plan And that theis council agree to this diversion on the understanding that the new path from "D" to "B" will be made up with a good foundation & finished off with gravel or ashes & fenced 4 feet high on each side & to be a uniform width of not less than 5 feet. signed A Frank Barnard, Deputy Clerk to the Rural District Council of Luton
