For more better conveying and assuring said mortgaged property for remainder of term of 1000 yrs and for barring all estates tail and for settling and assuring the same
(i) covenant with (ii) that they will levy fine of
- message etc in Salford
- close of pasture ground adjoining (3a)
- close pasture (12a) in Low Pastures
- 2a meadow in Place Meadow
- The Hempground lying within an orchard
To be foreseeable uses etc as follows
As concerning messages, with meadows, pastures and inclosed ground, in Salford - to use of (ii) for remainder of said term of 1000 yrs subject to proviso for redemption
After determination of said term, for such uses as Robert Page shall appoint
