    (i) Robert Page, Salford, yeoman, (devisee in will of Robert Page, Late of Salford, yeoman, deceased, and eldest son of Joseph, Salford, yeoman, deceased, who was nephew of said Robert Page, deceased, and likewise eldest son of William Page, of Woughton on the Green, Bucks, yeoman, deceased, and which said William Page was eldest brother of said Robert Page and died intestate) (ii) Thomas Turner, Newport Pagnell, Bucks, baker Consideration - £150 paid to (i) by (ii) (i) has demised to (ii) - piece of property as above - piece of enclosed ground called the Hemp Ground Lying within an orchard belonging to John Lewis S Late Robert Page, deceased and now of (i) All late in occupation of John Lewis, in Salford which Robert Page, deceased, by his will dated 21 September 1780 devised to (i) Term - 500 years to secure repayment of said £150 and interest on 22 December next (being the same sum of money as mentioned in bond of even date in £300) Signature of (i) Endorsed receipt Witnesses: Elizabeth Revis and Joseph Arrowsmith Also endorsed with undertaking to execute an assignment of within term and premises in trust to attend the inheritance of the devisee of Robert Page, in consideration of £150 paid to (ii) by David King of Little Brickhill, Bucks, shopkeeper.
