also (ii) in consideration of further sum of 5s paid by (iii), has ratified and confirmed said transfer, discharged of proviso and equity of redemption
If (ii) shall pay to (iii) £71 15s on 1 September next, then (iii) will convey all his remaining estate and interest in said property to (ii)
