This release is to be considered as supplemental to Release of 20 Oct 1887. 9th schedule contains details of so much of estate of late Rev R F Scott as was unadministered at that date. Some details not completely correct in sd Release, but 10th schedule contains correct particulars. Various other transactions have taken place.
(i) became 21 on 23 Oct 1891
Certain further transactions have taken palce to equalise value of the shares, as set out in 11th schedule
(ii) have transferred to (i) £700 Canal stock and have pd him £93 9s 3d
Now (i) releases (ii) from all actions, claims etc in respect of the real and personal estate of sd testator with schedules as mentioned
