Details of settlement [usual provisions]. Given there were 5 children of the marriage - i), ii), Elizabeth Emily [now wife of Arthur Faithful], Hastings Curtis Folliott and Lionel Folliott. Emily Ann Scott died on 31 Aug 1880 and Richard Folliott Scott on 10 May 1881. At decease of Richard Folliott Scott, the trust funds consisted of £3211 8s 4d consolidated 3% Bank annuities and €1000 on mortgage of property at Camberwell, Surrey (since discharged) (i) attained 21 on 6 May 1881 and (ii) on 15 July 1882.
