Reciting that the property devised by Henry Littledale was put up for sale by auction on 13 Oct 1866 in 10 lots at which sale (ii) was highest bidder for lot 7 Now in consid. of £260 paid by (ii) to (i) (i) release to (ii) - piece of land (3 ac. 2rds. 3p.) as in plan on deed. Property was put up for sale subj. to a condition that if all the land comprised in deed of 27 July 1843 were not sold (as in the event happened) the above deed should be retained by (i) who covenant to produce it.
