- piece of ground with boarded and tiled barn at the rear of said public house
Both now in occupation of Henry Webb
- right of wat at all times for (i), her servants etc over road 20ft wide running in SE direction on one side of the above premises
- messuage, garden, brewhouse etc on Holywell Hill, St Albans, Herts, formerly in occ. James Preedy, then Captain Dick, then George Edwards but now Charles Churchill
Said premises were purchased by said James Preedy in 1784 from Nathaniel Green by deed of 22 Nov 1820 were demised by James Preedy to Edwards for 999 years from 29 Sep 1820. Said premises are now vested in (i) for residue of said term. Together with lease and fixtures to be held for remainder of said term of 999 years (except for last 10 days)
