    (i) John Austin of Bedford, innholder and wife Elizabeth (ii) William Hazard, cit. and carman of London, father of Elizabeth (ii) Robert Alsop of London, haberdasher, Richard Murrell cit. and clothworker of London Recites mortgage by Hazard for securing £200 upon which there is £276.18s. due. This has been assigned to parties of (iii). - mess. or inn called the George in High Street, St. Pauls, late occ. by Edward Kidd, now by John Austin; piece of ground belonging to the mess. called the Crown, which is occ. with the George, contg. in length from the backside of the George to the "Goal" 3p. 18ft., in breadth 14ft; To use of: 1. John Austin for life 2. Elizabeth Austin for life 3. Alsop and Murrell in trust for Hazard, s. of John Austin and his heirs, and in default to John, 2nd. s. If there are more children, trustees are to raise £150 on the prop. to be divided amongst them, or £200 if Hazard is dead.
