At their Principal Meeting on the 26th May, 1920, your Committee decided not to refuse the renewal of the undermentioned Licences: - Name and Situation of Premises Nature of Licence. Total £9666. 10s. 8d. *These amounts are subject to adjustment on 31st December, 1920 III. Scale of Contribution Charges. The Quarter Sessions this year imposed the maximum Scale of Contributions to the Compensation Fund. The sum required next year to meet the Compensation payable in respect of the three cases referred to the Commissions of Inland Revenue will absorb nearly the whole of a levy at the maximum rate; the county Licensing Committee therefore recommend that the Quarter Sessions imposed the maximum Scale of Contributions in 1921.
