- Scope and ContentThanks for letter and parish magazine. Expects Cecil is excited to have Michael at home. Wonders what happens to all the exams and things at school and the final order and prizes etc. Had photograph taken to put on identity certificate. Starting to mess again in a farm house about 3/4 mile away from Brodsworth Hall. Misses Colonel Cowell, but there are others still there. Will have lots of exercixe walking there. It is where the new G.S.Q., Major Springhall, is billeted, having brought his wife - all contrary to policy. It appears that his daughter is a friend of Pamela's.
