Letter from Henry Hugh Longuet Longuet-Higgins, Pembroke College, Oxford, to his wife [Albinia] Cecil Longuet-Higgins.

The night before last had dinner at high table at Christ Church with dessert in the Senior Common Room. This was followed by a talk with the bishop and then a talk with Kingdom of Exeter [college] about the Exeter organ scholarship. Later settled down to read the letters Cecil had sent which had not been delivered to Flanders, and were delivered in a lump on Thursday. Writer wishes his letters never delivered from France had got to Cecil. Went to the Balliol concert last Sunday. Arranging church services in various locations.
