County of Bedford to wit; Be it remembered, that on the 1st February 1921 Walter Scott Potter of 104 Wellington, Dudley in the County of Worcester & Nelson Potter of 32 Florence Street, Newcastle under Lyme , in the County of Stafford, Insurance agent persoally came before the undersigned two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Bedford & severally acknowledged themselves to owe to our Sovereign Lord the King the sums following, the said Walter Scott Potter the sum of £100. & the said Nelson Potter £100. of good lawful money of Great Britian to be made & levied on their several Goods & Chattels Lands & Tenements to the use of our said Lord the KIng his Heirs & Successors if he Walter Scott Potter shall fail in the Condition endorsed.
