    - All those lands and tenements with appurtenances known by the name of Gledley, containing 15 acres land, in the parish of Leighton Buzzard. - All those lands and tenements in the same parish known by the name of Nerres; containing 20 acres; in occupation of Thomas Duncombe, and late belonging to Dunstable Priory; to be held on the term by which they were granted by letters patent of Henry VIII 30 March 1545 to John Maynard and Henry Audley (now deceased); i.e. to be held in socage as of the king's honour or manor of Ampthill; rendering annually to the king at the Court of Augmentations 5s 4d.
