    The King v. Frank Cook & Horace Moncur Court of Trial ;- Bedfordshire Quarter Sessions held at Bedford Frank Cook & Horace Moncur are charged withthe following Offence :- First Count . Statement of Offence :- Larceny, contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916 Particulars of Offence :- Frank Cook & Hoace Moncur on 17th September 1920 in the County of Bedford stole 3 magnetos the property of the Davis Gas Stove Company Ltd Second Count. Statement of Offence :- Receiving stolen goods, contrary to section 33(1) of the Larceny Act 1916 Particulars of Offence :- Frank Cook & Horace Moncur on the 20th September 1920 in the County of Bedford did receive 3 magnetos the property of the Davis Gas Stove Company knowing the same to be stolen Third Count :- Frank Cook has been previously convicted of felony to wit his possession implements of housebreaking on 18th February 1919 at the Quarter Sessions at Clerkenwell in the county of London. Date of trial :- 6th October 1920 Plea ;- Both Guilty, Cook admits previous Judgment :- Cook, 3 calendar months with hard labour.
