Dear Mr Munckton
Thank you very much. I am posting the papers to Mr Bailey, signed. I now believe I shall only get to Old Warden on Thursday August 3rd for the day, as Colonel Campbell is trying to get leave for two days as he has business in London, and would come down for the day with me.
Master Richard has rather a bad form of Eczema, and I took him to see a great Children's Doctor in Edinburgh yesterday, who says he should not be near the sea and on no account paddle. It is hard, and very upsetting as it means we may have to leave this house. However nothing is settled, till we see how he goes on, otherwise he is very well.
We are having lovely weather and hope you are.
I am so glad we invested in War Loan, I feel at this time it's a way of helping, and I would not invest in anything else.
Hoping you are all well
Yours very truly
Dorothy C Campbell
