Statement of Offence :- Larceny, contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act, 1916
Particulars of the Offence :- Marian Digby Lyon on 26th November 1919, stole 13 forks, 23 spoons, a pair of sugar tongs, a butter knife, a soup ladle, an oak box, a box, 5 mother of pearl boxes, an ivory fan, 4 sets ivory chessmen, 6 snuff boxes, a powder box, a bead purse, 4 bead necklaces, 2 horseshoe combs, one needlecase, 2 seals, one work box, one set ivory draughts, 2 wooden fans, 2 paintings on talc, 2 carved wood breviaries,1 thimble case, a card case , a set of miniatures, a Swiss painted boy, a pair of opera glasses, 3 rings, 2 miniatures, a card box, an Indian scroll, a pocket book, 2 knives, 14 books & 17 Bells poems the property of Frances Mary Collett
