Is thinking of spending gifts of money on having a portrait of Hugh's father painted; thoughts about which photograph would be best for this. Woodrow Wilson in London. Writer and Hugh's father got a glimpse of him and the procession after the lunchoen party at the Mansion House - it was worth the 40 minutes wait in the crowd. Results of general election - all the women candidates were defeated except the Sinn Feiner for Dublin.
