Is staying with [brother] John. Describes return journey from Switzerland. Comments/description of the Mr & Mrs Kirke, friends from the holiday. Reference to niece and nephew. Last day at Wengen - Hugh did some skating, lunch out and a walk with the Kirkes. Anecdote about Hugh losing a ski. Taking photographs at viewpoints near Wengen. Returns to school next Monday. Will have lunch and do some shopping in London before catching the train to Bexhill. Three theory pupils all passed with high marks.
