Abstract of Title of Mr William George White to a Freehold Cottage situate in the County of Beds.

(i) See MB2/CRA/6/5024/2 (ii) 11th Feb 1902 - death of Thomas Green leaving Elizabeth his widow and Harry William Green his son, neither of whom applied for representation to his estate. (iii) 7th Feb 1906 - death of Elizabeth Green. (iv) 12th March 1931 - death of H.W. Green with M.E. Hobbs executrix. (v) 7th July 1932 - Conveyance between (i) M.E. Hobbs and William George White of the property described in MB2/CRA/6/5024/3 for the consideration of £50. (vi) - Same date - Legal covenant signed between (i) W.G. White and (ii) A.E. Field in which party (i) borrowed £175 from party (ii) to mortgage the property in Church End and agrees to repay him after 7th January of the next year with interest in half yearly payments. (i) also covenants to keep all buildings on the land in good order.
