    Reciting surrender of John Farmer, Hitchin, Herts, mealman, in considerations of £600 paid to said John Farmer and John Gatward, watchmaker, paid (as is later mention in deed) by John Bygrave of Wallington, Herts, yeoman, of: - cottage now in 3 tenements, now in occupation of William Dilley, Richard Paine and widow Randall, at the Green End in Stotfold, at a yearly rent of 3s - 5 1/2a land in common fields of Stotfold, late in occupation of William Rainsdon at yearly rent of 3s 2d To use of John Bygrave provided that if Ann Howard of Stotfold, widow and Elizabeth Rainsdon, spinster, of Stotfold (2 of the children of said William Rainsdon, deceased) who are entitled to the equity of redemption of said copyhold premises, shall pay to John Bygrave said £600 and interest at 5% p.a as in surrender of 20 February 1821 made between William Rainsdon and John Farmer, and assigned with property comprised in mortgage dated 15 August 1842 With receipt
