    (i) Frank Hubert Courage Marmaduke Bethell (ii) John Baxter Peters, National Liberal Club, Pall Mall, London, gent (iii) Wilf Hull, Pertenhall Manor, gent Shortly before his death, George Bayntun Starky agreed to sell property to (ii) for £2250 and so (ii) paid a £225 deposit. Shortly after (ii) agreed to sell property to (iii) for £2750 and (iii) paid £275 deposit. G B Starky died on 21 March 1926. By his will of 2 Apr 1921 (i) had been appointed his exors, will proved on 14 June 1926 in Christchurch Registry of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Canterbury District. Exemplification of probate was sealed (PPR) on 16 November 1926. Now in consid. of -£225 pd to G B Starky by (ii) and £2025 pd at request of (ii) by (iii) to (i) - £275 already paid by (iii) - £2025 paid by (iii) to (i) - £450 paid by (iii) to (ii) (i) at request of (ii) conveys to (iii) - Manor House now called Pertenhall Manor, with cottage and land (9.213 acres) as in plan and schedule.
