Reciting also the will of James Rosier dated 2nd May 1860, by which he devised all estates held by him in trust, to (i). He died on 16 May 1860 and his will proved in Northampton Probate Registry on 12 June 1860.
(i) put the estate of John Hewitt up for sale at Robin Hood Inn in Great Staughton on 28 June 1860
