- Scope and ContentTake Notice that I Harold Taylor of Ridgmont in the said County, Agricultural Engine Driver being aggrieved by the hereinafter mentioned Order de intend at the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden at the Shire Hall Bedford in & for the said County to appeal against a certain Order made against me by the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at Ampthill aforesaid on the 31st July 1919 for payment of 5 shillings per week to the said Edith Mead in respect of her female bastard child of which I was adjudged to be the putative father until it shall attain the age of 16 years or if it shalldie under that age until the date of its death & that the general grounds of such appeal are: 1) That I am not the Father of said child 2) That there was no or no sufficient evidence to justify the said order 3) That the decision was against the weight of evidence Dated 6th Augaut 1919 siged H Taylor
