- All that piece or parcel of land situate on the South or South East side of the Road leading from Bedford to St Neots to which it has a frontage of 47 feet 6 inches or thereabouts and a depth of 270 feet together with the messuage or dwellinghouse and outbuildings and appurtenances thereto belonging erected on some part or parts thereof and known as No 56 Roxton Road. Recites that by the Bedforshire and Luton Police Ammalgamation scheme 1966 the property became vested in the Bedfordshire and Luton Police Authority.
