    The King v. William Hucklesby Court of Trial; Bedfordshire Quarter Sessions held in Bedford Presentment to the Grand Jury;- William Hucklesby is charged with the following Offence;- First Count. Larceny, contrary to section 17 of the Larceny Act 1916 Particulars of Offence;- William Hucklesby on 4th of February 1919 in the county of Bedford being servant to Amos Hudson, stole from the said Amos Hudson 3072 pieces of plait & 106 reels of cotton. Second Count. Statement of Offence; Being found by night with implements of house-breaking contrary to section 28 of the Larceny Act 1916. Particulars of Offence; William Hucklesby in the night of 20th day of February 1919 in the County of Bedford was found having in his possession without lawful excuse certain implements of housebreaking, that is to say 2 keys. Third Count; Statement of Offence; Housebreaking & Larceny contrary to section 26 of the Larceny Act 1916. Particulars of Offence; William Hucklesby on 21st February 1919 in the County of Bedford broke & entered the warehouse of Amos Hudson & stole 26 reels of cotton of the value of seven pounds, thirteen shillings & six pence the property of the said Amos Hudson in the said warehouse. Fourth County; Statement of Offence. Larceny contrary to section 17 of the larceny Act 1916 Particulars of Offenec ;- William Hucklesby on 21st February 1919 in the County of Bedford being servant to Amos Hudson stole from the said Amos Hudson 26 reels of cotton.
