Thanks for their letters. The nurse is leaving tomorrow so the writer has been at Oxburgh for a week with her. The little boy is fair with curly hair, blue eyes and a fair skin, much like Lady Bedingfeld's. The little girl is quite a handful and so spoilt in her ways of eating. Is sending some views of Oxburgh Hall; will send more of different parts later. It is duller and more lonely than Picks Hill as it is quite a way from everything. Lady Bedingfeld is very nice but quite a baby - she is only 22. She has a maid housekeeper who has been in the family a long time that does all for her. The Hall is very old; the carving is lovely. There is moat all around the hall and the entrance is over a bridge. Thanks fo rthe petticoat. Sorry to hear about auntie ['Tee' Argenti], hopes she will soom be better.
