We alson send Depositions taken before the Justices & following documents referred to in Certicate. 1) 18th September 1917, Application signed William John Guntrip, James Marshall & John Braybrook with plan attached signed by the Highways Surveyor, Chairman & Clerk to the Rural District Council. 2) 26th January 1918. Agreement of this date executed ny Willaim John Guntrip, James Marshall & John Braybrook & sealed by the Rural District Council. 3) 26th January 1918 Copy Resolution of Rural District Council of this date. 4) 26th March 1918, Duplicate resolution of the Parish Council signed by the Chairman & Clerk. 5) Public Notice with plan which remained affixed in the Porch of the Ravensden Parish Church 6th April to 5th May 6) 3rd July 1918, Duplicate Confirmatory Resolution of Ravensden Parish Council signed by the Chairman 7) Notice of intended application to Quarter Sessions which was given in accordance with the requirements of Statute. 8) 4 copies of the Bedfordshire Standard Newspaper dated 5th, 12th, 19th, & 26th July 1918 containing notice of intended application to Quarter Sessions. Will you kindley acknowledge the receipt of these documents & note that the public have been informed that the Justices Certificate & plan would be lodged with you on 21st instant so they can be inspected at any time during one calendar month after that date.
