Take Notice that I the undersigned intend to enter and prosecute an appeal at the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden at Bedford in and for the County of Bedford against a certain conviction bearing date the Thirteenth day of July One thousand nine hundred and eighteen and made by the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at the Shire Hall Bedford in the said County whereby I the said William Marson was convicted of having on the Second day of April One thousand nine hundred and eighteen at the parish of Kempston in the said County unlawfully assaulted and beat on Herbert Henry Palmer and was adjudged for the said offence to be imprisoned in His Majesty’s Prison at Bedford and there kept for the space of twenty eight days. AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the general grounds upon which I the said William Marson so intend to appeal as aforesaid are as follows that is to say : - 1.
