We hereby give you notice of our intention to apply for the renewal of the Licence of Springfield House at the ensuing Quarter Sessions, William Scott Bower and Miss Mary Bellars intending to reside therein.
We append a list of the names, numbers and class of the patients at present detained here, as required by the Commissioners Rules under the Lunacy Act 1890.
