Their letter of 26 July received Saturday morning. Has looked at co-part lease and assignment and finds that lease was granted in 1845 to Colin and Horatio Brothers and assigned by them in 1848 to Mr Orlando Brothers, who now holds the assignment. He would be obliged for 5s in stamps for his charges.
