    1) Henry Burridge of Bedford, whitesmith. 2) Frederick James Beagarie of Saint Neots, provision merchant. 1) has contracted to sell to 2) for a consideration of £700 - four messuages now known as numbers 144, 146, 148, 150 Bower Street bounded North in part by hereditaments now or late of Alfred Burridge and in remaining part by Right of Way No 2, South in part by the hereditaments now or late of Thomas Laughton and in remaining part by Right of Way No 1, East Bower Street and West by Land now or late of George Bower. In the respective occupations of Messrs Mrs James and Messrs Goss Calloway and Wootton Coloured blue on plan. Right of way over Right of Way No 1 and 2.
