    1) Robert Addison of Sleaford, gentleman. 2) Leverton Jessopp of Bedford, gentleman. 3) Thomas Laughton of Bedford, builder. 4) Alfred Burridge of Bedford, aerated water manufacturer. 5) Henry Burridge of Bedford, whitesmith. 6) Walter Budworth Jessopp of Bedford, gentleman. Recites indentures of mortgage dated 29 April 1884 and indentures dated 19 May 1884 and 11 June 1884. Principal moneies and interest of the mortgages have been paid. Lately agreed between 3), 4) and 5) that a partition should be made between them of the hereditaments. 5) to pay for equality of partition the sum of £120 to 3) and 4) in equal shares. Henry Burridge to retain documents. Now this indenture witnesses that 3), 4) and 5) convey to 6) the hereditaments to hold each third to the use of 3), 4) and 5) respectively. Schedule 1 - all those three messuages with the outbuildings etc bounded North in part by the hereditaments comprised in the second schedule and in remaining part by the right of way, South by the property of John Robert Newby (described in error as the property of Alfred Bradley on the indenture of 11 June 1884), East by a new road leading out of the south side of the Goldington Road called Bower Street and West by land of George Bower, which said messuages are now in the respective occupations of Messrs White, Swannell and Kent. Coloured pink on the plan. Right of way over Right of Way No 1. Schedule 2 - four messuages bounded North in part by hereditaments comprised in the third schedule and in remaining part by Right of Way No 2, South in part by the hereditaments comprised in the first schedule and in remaining part by Right of Way No 1, East Bower Street and West by Land of George Bower. In the respective occupations of Messrs Gilbert, Valentine, [blank] and [blank] Coloured blue on plan. Right of way over Right of Way No 2. Schedule 3 - three messuages bounded North by property of Charles Haynes, South in part by hereditaments comprised in 2nd schedule and in remaining part by Right of Way No 2, East by Bower Street, West by land of George Bower, in occupations of Messrs Woodcock, Bradshaw and [blank].
