Handwritten agreement between Arthur Thorn (owner), Putney and Fred Archer (tenant) regarding property at Eaton Bray known as Chapel House consisting of a homestead, out buildings, orchard and gardens.
Owner agrees to let premises to tenant on a 7 year lease from Michaelmas 1924 to Michaelmas 1931 at a yearly rental of £30 paid half-yearly at March and Michaelmas day. First year rent remitted to tenant on condition that he put premises into reasonable state of repair before Michaelmas 1925.
Addendum states that rent raise to £42 per annum in 1943
