    Transfer of mortgage between: (i) Burgess Gadsden of Harlington, Bedfordshire, farmer and Thomas Gadsden of Drayton Parslow, Buckinghamshire, farmer (ii) Richard Thorn, Eaton Bray, Bedfordshire, saddler (Mortgagor) (iii) William John Buckmaster of Harlington, farmer Premises: - All that messuage or tenement since converted into three cottages and all that other messuage or tenement since erected by Robert Thorn, deceased together with the yard and two pieces of garden ground adjoining the cottages and Wesleyan Chapel together with the barns, stables, and outbuildings and so much as was freehold and not copyhold of the orchard in the rear of the cottages as shown in the plan attached to Z1813/22. -All those allotments containing one rood and 32 perches bounding the premises on the eastern, southern and western sides thereof at Eaton Bray in the occupation of (ii) or undertenants Recites: - indenture dated 18 December 1866 between (ii) and William Brown. -indenture dated 13 April 1869 between (ii) and Rowland Gadsden (Mortgagee). - will of Rowland Gadsden dated 11 December 1866 and appointment of brother James Gadsden, deceased, Burgess Gadsden and Thomas Gadsden executors and trustees. - death of Rowland Gadsden 25 April 1871. Will proved in the Northampton District Registry 12 June 1871. - £480 owed to (i) - (i) has called in the £480 and (iii) has agreed to pay the sum to (i) on condition that the mortgage is transferred to himself and that (ii) enters into a conveyance. Operative Part: - £480 paid by (iii) to (i) for assignment of mortgage. - (ii) grants and confirms to (iii) the premises. - (ii) covenants to (iii) that he will surrender copyhold land at the next Eaton Bray manor court to the use of (iii). Proviso that if (ii) pays the sum of £480 with interest to (iii) on 12 June next then indenture void For better securing of the interest of principal sum (ii) attorns tenant to (iii) at the yearly rent of £21 12s to be paid half yearly on the 12 December and 12 June. Endorsement on reverse: Indenture dated 14 September 1880 between: (i) William John Buckmaster (ii) Richard Thorn Recites - £480 only remains owing to (i) all interest having been paid (ii) is desirous to pay off sum. - (ii) grants the premises in consideration of £480 paid by (ii)
